శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి దేవాలయం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, కృష్ణా జిల్లాలోని జగ్గయ్యపేట మండలం తిరుమలగిరి వద్ద ఉన్న ఒక చిన్న కొండపై ఉంది. ఈ ఆలయం విజయవాడ నుండి 75 కి.మీ. దూరములో ఉంటుంది. ఈ దేవాలయంలో శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి కొలువై ఉన్నారు. ఈ తిరుమలగిరి వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామిని "నామాల వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి" అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు, ఆలయ మార్గంలో కొండపై శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి యొక్క పాద ముద్ర కూడా ఉంది.

వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి విగ్రహం 12 నామములతో "పుట్ట" ఆకారంలో ఉంటుంది. అందుచే ఈ ఆలయం "తిరుమలగిరి నామముల కొండ" అని కూడా పిలువబడుతుంది మరియు ఇక్కడ స్వామి వారు స్వయంభుగా వెలిశారని నమ్ముతారు. శ్రీ స్వామి కళ్యాణ మహోత్సవం ప్రతి సంవత్సరం చైత్ర శుద్ధ పౌర్ణమి సమయంలో జరుపుకుంటారు. భక్తులు భారీ సంఖ్యలో వేడుకల్లో పాల్గోనడానికి సమీప గ్రామాలు మరియు ఇతర ప్రాంతాల నుండి కూడా వస్తారు.

ఆలయ చరిత్ర

తిరుమలగిరిలోని ఆలయ పురాణ కథ చాలా ఆసక్తికరంగా ఉంటుంది. జగ్గయ్యపేట మండలంలోని ముక్త్యాల గ్రామంలోని కృష్ణా నదికి ఒడ్డున "ధరద్వాత" పేరు మీద ఉన్న ఒక కొండ రూపంలో అశోమమీ(గట్టు) ఉంది. అని నమ్ముతారు. నిజానికి ఇది గుంటూరు జిల్లాలోని మదిపాడులో ఉంది.

ఒక సమయాన ఋషి ధరద్వాజ శ్రీమన్నారాయణ సర్వజ్ఞుడని భావించి మానవుల ఆకాంక్షలు తీర్చడానికి నిరాడంబరమైన తపస్సుకు పూనుకున్నారు. తన తపస్సుకు మెచ్చి శ్రీమన్నారాయణుడు "పుట్ట" ఆకారములో తిరుమలగిరి కొండపై 12 నామములతో ప్రత్యేకమైనారు.

అలా వెలిసిన శ్రీమన్నారాయణుడిని చూసి ఋషి దరద్వాజ చాల సంతోషంగా భావించాడు. ఆపై కృష్ణా నది నుండి నీరు తీసుకొని శ్రీమన్నారాయణుడికి అభిషేకము మరియు పూజలు నిర్వర్తించాడు. అప్పటి నుండి "భరద్వాజ గోత్రము " పారాయణ చేస్తూ రోజువారి పూరులు జరిపేవాడు. ప్రతి చైత శుద్ధ పౌర్ణమి నాడు స్వామి వారికి కళ్యాణ మహోత్సవం ప్రతి సంవత్సరం జరుపుతారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాల నుండి ఉత్సవాల్లో పాల్గొనడానికి భారీ సంఖ్యలో భక్తులు వస్తారు.

ఇక్కడి కొసరు, ప్రభువు యొక్క పాదాల రూపములో ఉంటుంది. ఆంజనేయ స్వామి, వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి వారికి కాపలాగా కొండ చుట్టూ తిరుగుతూ ఉంటారని, భక్తుల నమ్మకం. ఈ ఆలయ ప్రాంగణములో నిరాహ స్వామి వారు కూడా ఉన్నారు. దేవాలయము సూర్యోదయము నుండి సూర్యాస్తమయం వరుకు ప్రతి రోజు తెరిచే ఉందుతారు. సూర్యాస్తమయము తరువాత భక్తులు కొండ పైకి అధిరోహించడానికి మరియు స్వామి | వారి దర్శనమునకు అనుమతించారు.

Temple History:

Tirumalagiri is a small village in jaggaiapet mandal, Krishna distrct, Andhra Pradesh. It is located 158km towards Machilipatnam. This temple is 8km from Jaggaiapet mandal, 3km from Chilakallu. This temple is very famous in state wide. The Lord Venketeswara was self manifested with Sridevi and Bhudevi shrines. The Tirumalagiri means holy mountain (hills). The mythological story of the temple at Tirumalagiri is very interesting.

It is belived that there is ashram in the form a hill named after bharadwaja. The sage Bharadwaja perform a penace about Mahavishnu. He get happy with the sage penace. He ask to the lord appeared on the hill of Tirumalagiri in the shape of "Anthil" with 12 names. it is a splended manifestation. More number of devotees visits this temple from various parts of state and take part of celebrations.

Tirupatamma Ammavari Temple, Penuganchiprolu

Sri Tirupatamma temple is located 10 kms away from the venkateswara temple. Sri Tirupatamma te mple was built in the Seventeenth Century, is attracting Streams of devotees round the year and is o ne of the very famous temples in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, whose phenomenal growth started from the date of her immolation (Agnipravesham).

Every year Lakhs of devotees visit the temple seeking 'Sri Tirupatamma Talli' (Mother/Goddess) bles sings during Tirunallu (Ritual celebrated during the months of March and April). Penuganchiprolu is a village located in the Krishna district of Andhra-Pradesh state, India. This Place is in the border of th e Krishna District and Khammam District.

Sri Tirupatamba is worshipped in the Penuganchiprolu Temple as the image of "Sakthi". She preache d virtuous qualities of life to her devotees and made her abode in Penuganchiprolu. Sri Yogananda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Vedadri

The Vedadri Narasimha Swamy temple is located on the river Krishna, approximately 15 Km from Ja ggaiahpeta town. Here the main deity is Yogananda Lakshmi Narasihma Swamy Varu. The importanc e of this place is that, Lord is existing in five forms different from each other known as 'Pancha Nara simha Moorthy', namely 'Jwala Narasimha on Vedasikhara of the mountains, 'Salagrama Narasimha in the River Krishna, Yogananda Narasimha' erected by sage Rishya Sringa, as 'Lakshmi Narasimh a' on his own peetam and Veera Narasimha on Garudadri situated at a distance of 5 km from east to Vedadri.

వేదాద్రి నరసింహ స్వామి ఆలయం కృష్ణా నది తీర ప్రాంతంలో ఉంది. ఆలయం. జగ్గయ్యపేటకు సుమారు 10 కి.మీ ల దూరంలో ఉంది. ఈ స్థలం యొక్క విశిష్టత ఏమిటంటే, ఇక్కడ స్వామి పంచ (ఐదు) నరసింహ రూపాలుగా వెలిసాడు. 'జ్వాలా నరసింహ' వేదశిఖర పర్వతాల మీద, 'సాలగ్రామ నరసింహగ' కృష్ణ నదిలో, రుష్యశృంగ మహర్షిని నిలబెట్టిన 'యోగానంద నరసింహగా', తన సొంత పీఠంలో 'లక్ష్మీ నరసింహగా' మరియు గరుడాద్రి మీద 'వీర నరసింహగా' తెలిపాడు.

Sri Koti Linga Hari Hara Maha Kshethram, Mukthyala

The present Muktyala Village, located on the northern bank of Krishna River, historically known as M ukthyala samasthanam and as Muketeswarapuram in puranas. It comhiwed the confluences of Krish na, Guntur and Nalgonda. Because of its sacredness and historicity, it has grown into big pilgrimage center and got the name uttarakasi. As the Krishna River flows north, at this point this bank is kno wn as uttaravahani.

It is said during the Tretayuga sage Baradwaj set a hermitage here and used to have a holy dip in th e Krishna water, it is said that a sage couple and a couple of Nandiees were seen. Still the devotiees believe that one golden shivas temple is situated in the depths of the water. It is also known as two nandi still observed by the people the bank itself call as Nandula Revu .The great Rushya srunga Ma harshi performed severe penance in the cave nearby. Accordingly, perpetual chanting of samagana was heard from the cave. It was also written in Brahmanda purana.

త్రేతాయుగంలో భరద్వాజ ముని ఇక్కడ ఆశ్రమము ఏర్పరుచుకొని, ప్రతిరోజు నదిలో పవిత్ర స్నానమాచరించేవారని మరియు ఆ సంఘటనను ముని దంపతులు మరియు రెండు నదులు గమినించినట్టుగా ప్రతీతి. ఇక్కడ నీటి అడుగుభాగాన బంగారు శివాలయం ఉన్నట్లు భక్తుల ప్రగాఢ విశ్వాసం. ఇప్పటికి ప్రజలు ఇక్కడ నందులను చూడగలరని నమ్మకం కావున ఇక్కడ నదిని నందుల రేవు అని పిలుచుకుంటారు. గొప్ప ముని అయిన రుష్య శృంగ మహర్షి ఇక్కడ దగ్గరలోని గుహలో కఠోర తప స్సు ఆచరించినట్లు అందువలన, ఆ గుహ నుండి ఇప్పటికి సామగాన పఠనం వినిపిస్తునట్టు చెప్పుకుంటారు. ఇది బ్రహ్మాండ పురాణం లో రాయబడింది
