శ్రీకృష్ణదేవరాయల గురువైన వ్యాసరాయలవారు ఏకకాలంలో కసాపురం, నేమకల్లు, మూరడి అనే మూడు ఊళ్లల్లో ఏకకాలంలో ఆంజనేయ విగ్రహాలను ప్రతిష్టించారని చెబుతారు. కసాపురం, నేమకల్లు, మూరడి అనే ఈ మూడు ఊళ్ళల్లోని ఆంజనేయస్వామివార్లను శ్రావణమాసం శనివారం రోజున దర్శించుకోవడం అత్యంత విశేషఫలప్రదం అని చెబుతారు. ఇందుకోసం ప్రతి సంవత్సరం శ్రావణమాసం శనివారం రోజున ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రోడ్డు రవాణా సంస్థ (APSRTC) ప్రత్యేక బస్సు సర్వీసులను కూడా గుంతకల్లు నుండీ నడుపుతారు. లేదా స్వంత వాహనాల్లో గానీ, ఆటోల్లో గానీ కూడా అనేకమంది యాత్రికులు ఈమూడు క్షేత్రాలలోని స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకొంటూ ఉంటారు. ఆ క్షేత్రాల్లో ఒకటైన కసాపురం వివరాలను తెలుసుకొందాం.

నెట్టి కంటి ఆంజనేయస్వామి దేవాలయం, అనంతపురం జిల్లాలోని గుంతకల్లు పట్టణంలోని కసాపురం అనే గ్రామంలో ఉన్నది. కన్నడంలో నెట్టె అంటే నేరుగా అనిఅర్థం. నెట్టెకంటి అంటే నేరుగా చూచే కన్ను కలిగిన అని అర్థం. ఈ కసాపురంలో స్వామి వారి కుడివైపు ప్రొఫైల్ మాత్రమే మనకు దర్శనమిస్తుంది. కనుక కుడి కన్ను మాత్రమే మనకు కనిపిస్తుంది. అది నేరుగా చూస్తున్నట్లు ఉండటం వల్ల స్వామి తననే చూస్తున్నట్లు ప్రతివారికీ అనిపిస్తుంది. నేరుగా చూసే స్వామి కనుక నెట్టెకంటి ఆంజనేయస్వామి అని అంటారు.భక్తులకు ఈయనే "కల్పతరువు", "వరప్రదాత". ప్రతిరోజు వేలాది మంది దర్శించుకునే ఈ ఆలయం భూత, ప్రేత, దుష్ట గ్రహపీడ నివారణ క్షేత్రంగా ఖ్యాతికెక్కింది.

స్వామిని దర్శించుకోవడానికి తెలుగు రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలే కాదు, పక్క రాష్ట్రమైన కర్నాటక నుండి కూడా అధిక సంఖ్యలో వస్తుంటారు. ఈ ఆలయం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న హనుమాన్ ఆలయాలన్నింటిలోకీ పెద్దది.

ఆలయ చరిత్ర ప్రశస్తి

విజయనగర సామ్రాజ్య కాలంలో క్రీ.శ.1521 లో శ్రీ వ్యాసరాయలవారు తుంగభద్ర నది ఒడ్డున ధ్యానం చేసేవాడు. వ్యాసరాయలవారు చిత్రకారుడు. ప్రతిరోజు తాను ధరించే గంధంతో ఎదురుగా ఉన్న ఒక రాయి మీద శ్రీ ఆంజనేయ స్వామి రూపం చిత్రించేవాడు. అలా చిత్రించిన ప్రతిసారి హనుమంతుడు నిజరూపం ధరించి అక్కడి నుంచి వెళ్ళిపోయేవాడట. ఇది గమనించిన వ్యాస రాయలవారు హనుమంతుని శక్తిని వేరోకచోటికి వెళ్ళనీయకుండా, స్వామివారి ద్వాదశ నామాల బీజాక్షరాలతో ఒక యంత్రం తయారు చేసి, దానిలో శ్రీ ఆంజనేయ స్వామి వారి నిజరూపాన్ని చిత్రించారట. దాంతో స్వామి ఆ యంత్రంలో బంధింపబడి అందులో ఉండిపోయారట.

ఇప్పటి కర్నూలు జిల్లాలో ఉన్న చిప్పగిరి మండలంలో ఉన్న శ్రీ భోగేశ్వర స్వామి వారి ఆలయంలో ఒకరోజు వ్యాసరాయలు నిద్రిస్తుండగా ఆంజనేయస్వామి కలలో వచ్చి, "నేను ఫలానా ప్రాంతంలో ఉన్నాను, నాకు గుడి కట్టించు" అని చెప్పాడట. ఆ ప్రాంతం ఎక్కడుందో ఉపదేశించమని వ్యాస రాయలు కోరగా స్వామి వారు ఈ విధంగా అనుగ్రహించాడు -"దక్షిణం వైపున వెళితే ఒక ఎండిన ఒక వేప చెట్టు కనిపిస్తుంది, దానికి దగ్గరగా వెళితే ఆది చిగురిస్తుంది, అక్కడ భూమిలో తాను ఉంటాను". మరునాడు ఉదయాన్నే లేచి దక్షిణం వైపు ప్రయాణం గావించి చివరకు ఆ ఎండిన వేపచెట్టును కనుగొంటాడు వ్యాస రాయలు. రాయలు ఆ చెట్టు వద్దకు చేరుకోగానే, ఆ చెట్టు చిగురిస్తుంది. ఆశ్చర్యచకితుడైన వ్యాసరాయలు వెంటనే అక్కడ భూమిని తవ్విస్తాడు. తవ్వకాల్లో ఒంటి కన్ను గల ఆంజనేయస్వామి వారి విగ్రహం కనిపిస్తుంది. రాయలవారు ఆ విగ్రహాన్ని అత్యంత భక్తి శ్రద్ధలతో ప్రతిష్టించి, ఆలయాన్ని నిర్మిస్తాడు.

ప్రతి ఏడాది ఒక చర్మకారుడు ఏక భుక్తం ఉంటూ, బ్రహ్మచర్యాన్ని పాటిస్తూ ఆంజనేయ స్వామికి చెప్పుల జత తయారు చేసి సమర్పిస్తాడు. మర్నాడు వచ్చి చూస్తే అది అరిగిపోయినట్లు, చిరిగిపోయినట్లు కనిపించటం విశేషం. స్వామి ఆ చెప్పులు ధరించి రాత్రి పూట విహారానికి వెళ్ళి వస్తూంటాడని భక్తుల నమ్మకం. స్వామి వారి అనుగ్రహం ప్రతి ఏటా వైశాఖ, శ్రావణ, కార్తీక, మాఘ మాసాలలో శనివారం నాడు అసంఖ్యాకంగా భక్తులు స్వామిని సందర్శించి తమ మనోభీష్టాలను నెరవేర్చుకుంటారు.

ఏటా, నెట్టికంటి ఆంజనేయస్వామి ఆలయంలో వేలాది మంది భక్తులు కాషాయ వస్త్రాలు ధరించి హనుమద్దీక్షలు తీసుకుంటారు. హనుమద్ వ్రతానికి, పూజలకు కూడా ఈ ఆలయం ప్రసిద్ధి. ఇందులో బస చేయడానికి తగినన్ని సత్రాలు, కాటేజీలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.......

భక్తులు మొదట నెట్టికంటి ఆంజనేయస్వామి వారిని దర్శించుకొన్న తర్వాత, ఆలయానికి దగ్గరలోని గుట్టపై వెలిసిన బాల ఆంజనేయస్వామిని దర్శించుకోవడం ఆనవాయితీ. ప్రధాన ఆలయం నుండి కొద్ది దూరంలో ఒక గుట్టపై ఉన్న కాశీ విశ్వేశ్వర ఆలయాన్ని కూడా భక్తులు దర్శిస్తారు. ఇంకా కసాపురం నుండి తిరుగు ప్రయాణంలో గుంతకల్ వెళ్లే మార్గంలో శనీశ్వరుని ఆలయం, అయ్యప్ప స్వామి ఆలయం కూడా చూడవచ్చు. 14 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలోని చిప్పగిరిలో గల శ్రీ భోగేశ్వర స్వామి వారి ఆలయం కూడా దర్శించవచ్చు.కసాపురం నుంచీ మద్దికెరకు పోయే దారిలో 5కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో తప్పనిసరిగా దర్శించుకోవలిసిన బుగ్గ రామలింగేశ్వరాలయము కూడా ఒక ముఖ్యమైన దర్శనీయ స్థలము...

About Temple

In the rule of Sri Krishna Devaraya to the Vijayanagaram Kingdom his Guru Sri Vyasarayaluvaru went on tour to attain religious austerities. While he was on tour, he stayed at Village called "Silpagiri" now called as "Chippagini" Lord Sri Anjaneya Swamy appeared before Sri Vyasaraya in his dream and advised him to consecrate his idol at place, where the dried Margosa stick will emerge as live tree. Accordingly, Sri Vyasarayalu Varu made prathista of Sri Anjaneya Swamy idol (Swayambhu) at a place called Nettikallu where he saw the dried margosa stick emerged as a live tree and hence, the deity is called "Nettikanti Anjaneya Swamy".General Information

Generally, the people who will suffer from uncured diseases, Grahas and influenced by Devils will be treated with Margosa leaves. Chanting Mantras and as such the deity is consecrated at such place as advised by Sri Anjaneya Swamy to Sri Vyasaraya will attract more number of such persons through out the year. It is the staunch belief that Sri Anjaneya Swamy appearing to the devotees in their dreams and fulfilling their wishes and remedying their ailments. Hence, the number of pilgrims are increased day-by-day and attracting thousands of pilgrims on every Saturday.

Shambhukarna, a resident of Brahmala, was assisting Lord Brahma in arranging the essential requirements for daily worship. On one day there was some delay in executing his work. On account of this delay Lord Brahma got wild and cursed Shambhukarna. On account of the curse he was born as a man in Bhooloka. In Krithayuga he was born as Prahlada to Hiranya Kasyapu and as Bahlika in Dwaparyuga.In Mahabharatha Sangrama he took the side of Kauravas and fought..... etc and so on.......

Sri Narasimha Eranna Swamy Vari Devasthanam URUKUNDA

Kasapuram to Urukunda 80 Killo metersUrukunda Eranna Swamy Temple is a famous temple in the Urukunda Village of Kowthalam Mandalam. Pilgrims believe that Errana is the most powerful God. Urukunda Eranna Swam y Temple is also called Sri Narasimha Eranna Swamy Temple. Both Sri Veerabadra Swamy and Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy are worshipped as per the Veera Saiva tradition in the tem ple. There is a Peepal tree inside the Sanctum Sanctorum, this temple has no roof.

Every year during shravan month festivals are conducted. Mondays and Thursdays of this month are considered auspicious to visit the temple and worship the God here. The third M onday of Shravan month is considered most auspicious to worship lord Veeranna Sri Narasi mha Swamy. It is estimated that 10 to 15 lakh people visit this temple during Shravan mo nth every year. Devotees take bath here at Tunngabadra river canal and cook food here its elf and offer the same to God. The offered food to God is distributed to other devotees as Prasad.

Shravan month comes in rainy season and the land will be generally wet during this mont h. It is believed that only due to the power of God, fire breaks out and the food gets cooke d though it is cooked on wet land. The last part of the festival is called Yeti Yatra. On last M onday of Shravan month, the lord statue is kept in a chariot and taken by walk to Tungabh adra river which is 15 km away from temple. After abhishekam of lords statue at Tungabh adra river the chariot is welcomed grandly by all the villages on the way back to the temple. On this day running race, kolata and other local games were played in these villages. On Mondays, Thursdays and on New Moon Amavashya days large number pilgrims visit thi s temple to offer prayers. Local Marriage ceremonies starts from this temple.
